What is a Colon Irrigation?
A colon irrigation, also known as colon hydrotherapy, colonics, colon therapy, high colonic or high enema, is a scientific method for removal of feces from the colon or large intestine. This is done with a gentle flow of warm water which circulates through the large intestine, cleansing the colon of toxic wastes such as plaque, excessive mucous, abnormal bacteria or intestinal parasites that may have built up inside over many years.
When should you consider having a Colon Irrigation?
First and foremost, pay attention to your body. Are you constipated? Do you have frequent headaches, foul breath, smelly feet, back aches, body odour, fatigue, diarrhea, skin rashes, irritability, coated tongue, indigestion, nausea, dark circles under the eyes, cold hands and feet, pot belly, allergies, depression, loss of memory or concentration, menstrual problems, nervousness, grinding flashes, asthma, hypertension, dry mouth, tight muscles, sore jaw from clenching or sagging posture. These are only some of the signs which should help you make up your mind whether or not you should have a colonic. |
